WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 1 bag Unique “Splits” pretzels
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup peanuts

STEPS:

Spread aluminum foil or parchment paper on a baking sheet to make cleanup easy. Then, in a saucepan, combine butter and light brown sugar over medium-low heat while stirring until a thick caramel sauce is formed. Carefully pour caramel sauce over the pretzels, and then place or sprinkle as many peanut pieces as you’d like. In a shallow bowl, heat chocolate in the microwave on medium heat, starting at a 1 minute interval, shortening the intervals to 15 to 20 seconds until a smooth consistency is formed. Stir thoroughly in between heating. Coat pretzels, caramel, and peanuts in chocolate and set to freeze. Once thoroughly cooled, cut out and serve your pretzel candy bars!
