Imperfect
pretzel
perfection

Asking “WHAT IF?” is a tradition in our Pennsylvania Dutch family. Like, WHAT IF we let the raw pretzel set for more than a tad? WHAT IF we slow-bake ‘em ‘til they split open with the most flavorful imperfections? Six generations have asked this question, and it’s only led to the crunchiest, tastiest sourdough pretzels we could ever imagine. The only question left is, “WHAT IF you run out?” Best not let that happen.
