Shipping Policy

At Unique Snacks, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your favorite snacks fresh and on time.

Shipping Within the Lower 48 States

 

We offer free shipping on orders shipped within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) when delivered to a valid physical street address.

 

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to carrier limitations.

 

West Coast Shipping Notice

 

Orders shipping to West Coast destinations (including California, Oregon, Washington, and surrounding areas) may experience longer transit times compared to other regions.

 

While most orders are processed within our standard timeframe, delivery to these locations can occasionally take several additional days due to distance, carrier routing, and other factors outside of our control.

 

If your order is time-sensitive (such as for a holiday or special occasion), we encourage ordering early to help ensure it arrives when you need it.

Military Bases, International Shipping & Other Shipping Requests

We may be able to ship to military addresses, international destinations, or other locations not covered by our standard online checkout options.

Shipping rates for these orders are not included in free shipping and may vary based on the order destination and available shipping options.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Most orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after they are placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer.

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, customs processing for international orders, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Unique Snacks is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and details so our team can review the issue and assist where possible.
