Here at Unique Snacks we appreciate the importance of giving back and supporting many worthy causes that benefit our local communities. If you would like your organization to be considered for a donation or a discount on our products, kindly review the requirements and complete the form below. Please understand that we get a large number of requests, and although we would love to, we can’t possibly accommodate and fulfill every request. Also note that receipt of this request is not a commitment to supply product. If approved, a member of our Team will contact you to finalize details of your request.

DONATION REQUEST REQUIREMENTS:
• Donation requests must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the event date.
• Only one donation per organization, per 6-month period.
• Donated product cannot be resold, except for auction/raffle or to raise funds for organization.
• We will review your request and contact you via email or phone only if your request has been approved.
• At this time, we can only fulfill donations requests to organizations that can pick up product at our Reading, PA facility. (Please note, that we do not ship donation items).
