We’re very sorry, but perishable food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT item, please submit photo documentation of the incorrect items & Packing list via our Contact Us Page or contact Customer Service at 1-888-477-5487.
We do our best to minimize product breakage in transit; however, pretzels can experience some breakage during shipping. If your food product arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please retain the damaged box /product & complete the form on the Contact Us Page . We will need this information to file any claims.
For damaged product or out of date product that are not purchased directly from Unique Pretzel Bakery (e.g. grocery store, vendor, etc), please contact the store where original purchase was made. In most instances, you may be asked to provide your original sales receipt.
Damages / Incorrect Item / Shipping Damages:
For instances where product is defective, damaged or contaminated, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or replacement. Please provide documentation of defective product or damaged shipment. Please submit the concerns via our Contact Us page – Contact Us Page
Damaged bags during transit:
We understand that during transit there will be an occasional bag that “pops” during transit. If this occurs, please keep the bag and contact Customer Service at 1-888-477-5487 or complete “Submit Concern inquiry” via our Contact Us Page
Refunds (if applicable):
No refund given, exchange offered or replacement will be provided for the following:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences and food likes/dislikes, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are “not quite to your liking.”
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund after five (5) days, we ask that you first check with your bank or Credit Card Company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@uniquesnacks.com.

Substitution Policy:
We will make every effort to maintain consistency on our advertised products. However, from time to time some of our items (e.g. tins and baskets) are limited due to demand, discontinued and may not be available. When this occurs, we reserve the right to substitute an item with one of equal or greater value, without notice and without any additional cost to you.
