WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

1 bag Unique “Splits”

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter

1 ¼ cups light brown sugar

¼ cup honey

¼ cup maple syrup

½ tsp. salt

1 cup heavy cream

STEPS:

Cover baking pan in aluminum foil, then spread two layers of graham cracker squares in the pan to form a base. Melt ½ stick butter and pour over graham crackers. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the remaining butter, brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, and salt. Stir regularly until mixture is foamy and slightly thickened, about 10 minutes. Break Unique “Splits” into pieces and create a layer atop the graham cracker base. Pour the caramel mixture over the pretzels and crackers, spreading the mixture evenly. Place in the oven until the topping is bubbling, 12-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. Remove from the baking pan by lifting the edges of the aluminum foil; unfold the paper and slice into bars along graham cracker lines. Serve immediately, or bars will keep for up to 1 week in an airtight container.
